Aquaculturists from all over the world have been making their way to Trondheim, Norway for Aquaculture Europe which kicks off today.
The 4-day conference, organised by the European Aquaculture Society, has an action-packed programme of seminars and presentations addressing the central theme of 'making sense of science'. Full details can be found online.
The conference is complemented by the AquaNor trade show which takes place next week. Organised by the Nor-Fishing Foundation, the show is a chance to find out about the latest commercial developments in aquaculture. There will also be a full seminar programme.
Over the weekend, two of the International Aquafeed team, Tom Blacker and Darren Parris, will be packing their bags and heading to Trondheim for AquaNor. They will be on hand to meet readers and distribute the magazine so say hi and grab a copy if you are at the show.
Expect updates on the blog and a full report in the September/October issue of the magazine.
