16/09/2015: Tuna and mackerel stocks down by three quarters since 1970

Tuna and mackerel populations are just over a quarter of what they were in 1970, and those of over 1200 other marine species have nearly halved over the same period. 

This is the depressing finding of new research carried out by the WWF and the Zoological Society of London, The Guardian reports.
