Group’s AUS $56 million investment in to a new aquaculture feed production
facility in Tasmania, Australia has received the final tick of approval from
the local Latrobe Council. Now the 14-month construction phase can begin.
In December 2017, BioMar announced plans to develop a world-class state of the art aquaculture feed production facility in Tasmania, Australia in response to the growth seen in the sector.
BioMar Australia Technical Customer Account Manager Alasdair Bradley said he was delighted to receive the Latrobe Council’s DA approval, allowing the project to take the all-important next steps.
