As we know, the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has impacted events and travel planning all over the world. All the organisers should be concern and consider the health, safety and well-being for all participants.
The virus prevention guidance and measure in each country has become more restricted making greater obstacles for both travelling and conducting all the public events that have a risk to spread corona virus from people gathering. Such a severe situation makes it necessary to reschedule WA2020 to a more appropriate time in December.
However, please be noted that the everything in the WA2020 meeting will be continue proceeded as the same, except for the dates. Therefore, all the previous abstracts you submitted to WAS will continue to be processed by the Program Committee and all registrations will continue to be valid. The abstract deadline will be changed to July 1, 2020.
For the Exhibition, and if you have already booked the booth, everything will remain the same, the organisers will send you the updated manual and all other information.
