AquaFarm rescheduled to June 2021, digital preview set for February

The protracted health emergency has upset the world of trade fairs and forced the organisers to review the planning of their events.

Pordenone Fiere has taken the decision to reschedule the AquaFarm and NovelFarm trade fair event to June 2021 and to organise, on the dates of the traditional meeting in February, a series of online digital meetings with the aim of laying, together with the whole supply chain, the foundations for an economic and manufacturing restart for aquaculture and Agritech sectors. A digital preview will take place in February 2021 will pave the way for the Restart Edition on June 9-10, 2021

"We have found in both sectors the desire to return to personal meetings in order to carry out the work in a professional and satisfactory way," says Renato Pujatti, President of Pordenone Fiere "Postponing the event was a necessary choice to be able to guarantee exhibitors and visitors sufficient time to plan their presence at the event, and to offer all stakeholders the usual organisational quality and recognised excellence of the contents of the event."

The Restart Edition will take place on June 9-10, 2021, which will offer the exhibition-conference format integrated with the most advanced digital technologies, always ensuring maximum safety and quality of experience. Both the February preview and the Restart Edition will be conceived and organised to grant and strengthen the international character that has always distinguished the event, which has enjoyed visitors and exhibitors from 42 countries.

AquaFarm is the international exhibition-conference dedicated to aquaculture and sustainable fishing industry. NovelFarm is the most important Italian event entirely dedicated to the new cultivation techniques, to soilless and vertical farming. This year is complemented by AlgaeFarm, an event dedicated to technologies and applications in algae cultivation.
