Dr Sungchul Bai is Professor of Department of MBMA and Director of FFNRC at Pukyong National University Busan, Republic of Korea. He has PhD in Nutrition/Physiological Chemistry from the School Of VM at UC Davis in California. He has been published in over 180 peer-reviewed Journals and 18 books or book chapters, over 400 abstracts and several patents.
He was President of WAS (2008) and Vision 21 Korean Aquaculture Forum (2003- 08), on the Board of Directors for WAS (2003- 06), Member of the National Vision 2012, Committee of Ministry of Science and Technology and Chairman of MBMAD, PKNU.
Bai博士是海洋生物材料和水产养殖学科的教授，同时也是大韩民国釜山饲料与食品营养研究中心主任。
拥有加州大学戴维斯分校的营养/生理化学博士学位。并且已经在180多个同行评议期刊，18本书籍或书 中章节中发表过论文,拥有超过400个论文概要和多项专利。
