Biorigin
launches Biotide Extra, a product with high concentration and availability of
nucleotides and protein, which contributes for the development of fish and
shrimp and supports their natural defences
At Fenacam, visitors to Biorigin’s booth # 101 will have the opportunity to know the newest solution in natural ingredients for fish and shrimp: Biotide Extra: Its high nucleotide concentration (15 percent minimum) contributes for the development of fish and shrimp in the early production stages (larvae, fingerlings), and supports natural defenses during challenge, because those nucleotides are readily available to meet their physiological needs.
In addition, it is included at low levels in the feed, allowing more space in feed formulation and it is more cost-effective compared with products with lower nucleotide levels.
MacroGard, the most studied beta-glucan in the world, with proven resistance and performance enhancement results, contributing to the profitability of production, will also be displayed.
MacroGard increases survival rates during the larval phase, under stressful situations caused by handling and transport, during bacterial and viral challenges, in addition of boosting vaccine response.
Biorigin has a complete portfolio of natural solutions for the improvement of fish performance, and therefore their productivity.
The portfolio includes the prebiotic ActiveMOS, which preserves intestinal integrity, favoring nutrient absorption; HiCell, which is an ideal alternative for the supply of highly digestible proteins, and to improve feed quality, as it reduces the level of fine particles in pelleted and extruded diets; and Selemax, which is an organic selenium source that enhances body antioxidant defenses and increases the levels of this important trace mineral in the meat of the supplemented fish.
Producers will also be able to clear their doubts on the use of additives in fish feeds by attending the talk given by Biorigin’s technical expert Fernando Roberti, which will be held on November 17 at 11:40 am at the Aquaculture Symposium.
Fenacam will be held from November 15 to 18, at the Convention Center in Natal, RN, Brazil, visit the website, HERE.
