--Thad Simons steps up to new role as Senior Executive Advisor to the Board--
Novus International, Inc., today announced that its Board of
Directors has appointed François Fraudeau as President and Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately. Fraudeau
previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Thad
Simons will retire from CEO and become the Senior Executive Advisor to
the Board.

“The Board is grateful for the tremendous leadership and guidance provided by Thad over his many years with Novus. Novus has achieved unprecedented success under his direction and we are proud to have had his leadership. “François is a proven leader with extensive experience in the feed
additive industry and ability to bring people together.”
During his career with Novus, Fraudeau held various positions in
Europe, Asia and the USA and has an extensive knowledge of methionine
and all of our other technologies. Under his leadership, Novus has
successfully focused more intensively on core Specialty platforms in
addition to strengthening its leadership position in methionine. These
are significant achievements as Novus desires to become a global leader
in developing sustainable products and solutions for animal production.
