Cermaq expands its management team and appoints new CFO

Mr Ole Martin Grimsrud is appointed new CFO, and Mr Erlend Reiten will take up a new position as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). The changes apply from 1st September.

Ole Martin Grimsrud has been appointed as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and takes up the position from 1st September. He comes from the position as CFO in Aker Solutions where he has had various leader positions since 2012. Ole Martin Grimsrud holds a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has also experience from Elkem and Norske Skog.

Erlend Reiten, will from 1st September take up a new position in the executive team, as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). Mr Reiten is acting CFO in Cermaq today and comes from the role as Head of Strategy. Prior to joining Cermaq in 2016 he spent five years at The Boston Consulting Group. Mr Reiten holds a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Oxford.

The CTO will hold responsibility for establishing and developing best practice sharing and the ability to continuously improve across the company. Erlend have during his time in Cermaq worked closely with the executive team and I'm confident that his experience and motivation will be a key driver towards reaching our strategic ambitions,' said Geir Molvik.
