In Spain the food and marine research center AZTI-Tecnalia the technological centre specialised in marine and food. They are researching into exploiting the by products from the processing of citrus fruit and wheat in order to create new food products and feed for aquaculture.
This research is being carried out by a consortium of companies and technology centers in Europe and India and is being financed by the seventh European Framework Program. The NAMASTE project is also supporting the exchange of knowledge between the consortium of companies. Read more ...
