24/10/2016: Aquaculture Vietnam Conference contributes to success of Vietstock 2016

With a record on number of visitors and exhibitors, Vietstock 2016 is the most successful edition to date. UBM sincerely thanks to our exhibitors, supporters, media partners, visitors, delegates, speakers and VIP’s in making Viestock 2016 an incredibly successful edition.

Let’s look back at some of the show’s highlights. Over 25 percent of trade visitors attended Vietstock 2016 expo during last 2 days compared to 2014 edition, more than 300 principles, agents, distributors and producers of Livestock industry product exhibiting in the expo.

One of the main highlights VietStock 2016 was the launch of Aquaculture Vietnam 2016 in conference format. More than 10 international and local speakers covered the presentations on Aquaculture, fisheries and seafood value chain. 1 day conference with support of Department of fisheries, VINAFIS, ICAFIS. Aquaculture Vietnam has brought in the knowledge from local expert.

Not only focus on local knowledge, UBM has joined with International Aquafeed and Aquaculture without Frontiers from UK to share global knowledge from many region which can replicate success in Vietnam. More than 450 delegates joining this conference. This conference is sponsored by Yara, Phileo, Cotton Inc.

The continued growth and success would not have happened had it not been for the ongoing support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Animal Husbandry Association of Vietnam.
