On 27 - 29 May 2015, AmberExpo in Gdansk will host the following trade fairs dedicated to the seafood, food and catering industries:
The trade fairs will offer opportunities to hold meetings with industry representatives, to share experience and to participate in the accompanying events for both professionals and amateurs with a passion for cooking, healthy food or catering.

There will also be a forum titled, 'Innovative Packaging for Seafood', brought to you by Fish Industry Magazine and SealedAir.
Previous fairs were attended by nearly 250 exhibitors from 8 countries, and more than 5000 visitors.
