Production of Seabass and Seabream will remain stagnant

The Business Association of Marine Aquaculture Producers (Apromar), estimates that the production of Seabass and Seabream should remain stable during 2011. “The aquaculture sector expects a productive stagnation this year because of the reduction in consumer demand, the downward pressure on prices, and the deepening imbalance in the value chain and the credit crunch” said Javier Ojeda, Manager of Apromar.
