Aquaculture in the Mekong Delta damaged by high tides

High tides have caused damage to more than 1,000 hectares of crops and aquaculture in the Mekong Delta province of Ca Mau. The Agriculture and Rural Development Department reported that sea water surged over the dykes in the Dam Doi, Nam Can, Ngoc Hien, Phu Tan districts destroying over a 1000 hectares of shrimp and fish ponds.
