Iceland's aquaculture worth around UK£20 million a year

Fish farming is growing in importance in Iceland especially with the new pressures on wild caught quotas,  aquaculture is worth about UK£20 million pounds a year to the Iceland economy. Fish farmers are showing interest in high value species like Turbot and Cod as well, but also working with Tilapia. Read more...
