Fish farming is growing in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Hwang Song Il, department director of the Ministry of Fisheries, shared the latest developments with the Korean Central News Agency.
All fish farms around the country have been updated to suit ecological conditions of different species of fishes. Projects at various farms include a ring-shaped production system, a waterway to pump up water from reservoir to the farm, germ gathering ponds and worm habitats.
