02/03/2015: The Aquatic Asia Pavilion & CropTech-FeedTech Debate - at VIV Asia - Register now

It’s just over a week to the opening of VIV Asia, the East’s leading trade show for professionals involved in all aspects of livestock production and processing.

Indeed, the entire concept behind VIV Asia can be summed up in just three words: ‘Feed to Meat’. VIV Asia will feature exhibitors and industry developments from every stage of the meat, seafood and dairy production processes. 



There are two key events happening alongside the traditional VIV Asia Exhibition that should not be missed if you're involved in feed.

The Aquatic Asia Pavilion

This dedicated pavilion will be supported with a co-organised conference featuring topical presentations from exhibitors such as Bayer, Addcon and Blue Aqua International.

With this move, the VIV organisers give buyers and suppliers in aquaculture in Asia-Pacific a unique opportunity to meet key contacts active in aquaculture only or with a joint-interest in both aquaculture and animal nutrition, health and production. 

This event with 17 participating companies will be the third edition dedicated for the aquaculture industry in Asia. Whilst at the rest of VIV Asia 2015, organisers have indicated more than 800 exhibiting companies and country pavilions for Belgium, China, France, UK, Israel, Italy, Korea, Spain and USA.

The Aquatic Asia Pavilion highlights aquafeed ingredients and additives to health, production and other services. 


The Aquatic Conference will be held near to the Aquatic area (register HERE). Coffee breaks and closing drinks will be held at a specially created bar in the centre of the Aquatic area, providing a great opportunity to contact a dedicated audience. 
 


CropTech-FeedTech Debate


With nearly 900 exhibitors from across the globe, the show promises to offer a wide range of trading and networking opportunities for all attendees. 

A range of special events and conferences will also be on offer, including the CropTech-FeedTech Debate.

Offering seven companies an open forum in which to present and discuss their digital technology and its impacts on feed production, this promises to be a stimulating event in which audience participation will be welcomed.

The program in outline:
Thursday March 12, 2015 - Meeting Room 225

1) Introduction by Roger Gilbert, publisher of Milling and Grain and International Aquafeed magazines.


2) Eight-minute Company Presentations by:

4) Fifteen-minute Question & Comment Period where attendees will be invited to comment or question presenters about their technologies and their views relating to the manner in which digital technology is being introduced to feed manufacturing.
