From May 26 thru May 30 the World Aquaculture 2015 (WA15) conference was held on Jeju Island, Korea.
WA is the world’s biggest aquaculture conference, gathering over 2500 attendees from the international aquaculture community. Parallel to the scientific conference, over 150 exhibitors participated at the 3-day aquaculture exhibition.
Dr Peter Coutteau, BU Manager Aquaculture and Allen Wu, Regional Manager Aquaculture – Asia Pacific represented Nutriad at the exhibition and conference to promote Nutriad’s specialties portfolio and services for the aquaculture industry.
Stated Dr Coutteau: “We are happy to be part of this excellent conference that allows us to interact with industry professionals from around the world. It is a great platform to exchange ideas on how to address the challenges of our sector.”
Dr Lin Yu-Hung, Associate Professor of Department of Aquaculture of National Pintung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan was invited to talk about Stimulating Protein Sparing in Tilapia through digestive/metabolic enhancement at the tilapia forum on May 28. Dr Yu-Hung illustrated the effect of Nutriad’s digestive and metabolic enhancement program. Mr Allen Wu was invited to chair an interactive session chair on Catfish and Pangasius.
