Sustainable Blue is a Canadian producer of both exotic and native species, the company uses world leading aquaculture technology, designed in-house, in the operation of land based recirculation fish farms. When the brains behind Sustainable Blue chose Centre Burlington as the site for their one-of-a-kind fish production plant, they moved the technology they developed in England to the rural community with hopes of experiencing commercial success in North America - one of the largest fish markets in the world.
