FDA announce that Ocean Harvest is restrained from practice

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Ocean Harvest Inc due to a violation of federal food safety standards has been restrained from practice. The president of Ocean Harvest Minkyu Park recently signed a decree of permanent injunction with the FDA.

The decree restrains Ocean Harvest from preparing, packing or distributing seafood until the company has complied with the seafood Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations. They also cannot prepare, pack or distribute until it complies with the FDA's current Good Manufacturing practice regulations. Read more ...
