At Hauraki Gulf in New Zealand, there are plans for marine farms that are exciting the aquaculture industry, but are alarming environmentalists. A well known chef believes that these new farms would enable the best farmed finfish in the world to be produced there. Al Brown is among a smorgasbord of celebrity chefs endorsing a coming fish fad:
